A stately 1899 Queen Anne, prominent on the corner of University Blvd. & 6th Ave. Now five years into our restoration project of this Tucson Historic Gem. You will immediately notice the incredible attention to detail and the patient, steady progress being made.
We are sure you will enjoy the way we have combined unique contemporary amenities into this historic home listed in The National Register of Historic Places.
Each of our private suites have an exterior entrance for private comings and goings. All have private baths. We have fully equipped kitchens or at least a kitchenette in every suite.
Amenities you don't find at the traditional B&B... like 5 gal. hot/cold filtered bottled water dispenser in every suite. Ozone air purifiers in every suite. All LCD flat screen televisions w/300 digital channels. DVD players...
Our rooms are not bedrooms, they are suites designed from scratch to be private, spacious & extended-stay friendly.
